Under the following terms, THRIVE | Coworking agrees to give [Member Name] the full use and access to the dedicated office(s) located at 44 Milton Avenue, Office [Office Number], Alpharetta GA 30009.

OFFICE RESERVATION TERMS
1. [Member Name] agrees to pay membership fees in advance in the amount of [Office Reservation Fee] according to the following schedule [Schedule of Payments]. THRIVE | Coworking is free to deposit all funds herein received in a liquid account. Unless Applicant's application is not approved, Applicant's holding deposit is 100% non refundable.
2. If any legal action is brought to either party to enforce any part of this agreement, the prevailing party shall recover, in addition to all other relief, reasonable attorney fees and costs. By completing the Holding Deposit Agreement Form, both the THRIVE | Coworking and the Member(s) acknowledge and accept all terms contained herein.
Meeting Room Hours: 15 credits per month per dedicated office leased for any of the meeting rooms in our network of spaces
Access to Shared Workspace: Unlimited access for office members.
Utilities: Utilities included are the following; power, internet access, cleaning services, water/sewer, premise security.
Member Termination Notice Requirement: 60 DAYS NOTICE is required to terminate this membership.
THRIVE Notification Requirement: THRIVE may at its sole discretion change any of the terms set forth herein; provided that a 60 day notice is issued to affected members in advance.
